Are you good enough?

We’re sorry, but this won’t be your typical recruitment process. Neither connections nor the usual interview answers will get you very far here. But if you make it through the process and end up joining Zinco, you’ll have the best professional experience of your life.

Get to know your Hiring Manager

A 45-minute video call with the person who would be your line manager. We’ll answer any questions you may have and give you a proper insight into the role.

Step 03

Prove your worth with a real-life example

An exercise based on something you’d do in the role. It’ll take a maximum of two hours to complete, and we’ll go through it with you in detail.

1-2 h

Step 04

Services and team

You’ll meet the team, we’ll discuss the terms, and you’ll receive the offer in writing. You can then make your decision with all the information laid out on the table.
